Registration

When you register to use SOSITO, you transfer certain information to us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and certain information about your company.

Form filling

If you fill out and submit a form to receive a quote, we collect the information you filled in.


2. We also collect device information when you use SOSITO

We collect information about the device you use SOSITO on, including device type, operating system, and error data that helps us understand when something goes wrong. This information is collected anonymously and is not connected to your account in any way. Whether we collect this information partially or entirely depends mostly on the type of device you use and its settings. For example, different information is available when using an iPhone or an Android device. What we do with the information we collect:

We use the information we collect to provide you with the service. We use your information only with your consent when sending materials via email, text, or notifications, depending on your account or operating system settings. Each time we send marketing materials, we give you the chance to unsubscribe.


Account Hierarchy and Data Access

In the SOSITO platform, there are 3 types of access accounts can have: administrator, manager, or employee. Employee accounts will have access to their own data and time stamp data for employees at the same workplace. Additionally, manager accounts will have access to time stamp data for all employees they are responsible for. The administrator account will have access to all time stamp data for all employees and managers, as well as the information in their accounts.


Transfer of Your Information:

GEBS provides services globally. By using SOSITO, you authorize us to use general information related to your account activity. Additionally, we may share aggregated information about the overall activity of registered companies. We take additional measures when information is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).


Your Rights Over Your Information:

Our goal is to provide you with simple and understandable options regarding your information. If you have a SOSITO account, many of your options are directly implemented in SOSITO or in your settings. For example, you can edit information in your profile at any time. The following options apply if you contact us: 1. Access to information about you; 2. Delete your information; 3. Object to how we use your information; You can ask us to stop using your data at any time. The processing time for such requests is approximately 30 working days.

How Long We Retain Your Information:

We retain your information only as long as we need it to provide the SOSITO service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. This also applies to those with whom we share your information and who perform services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information, and it is not necessary for us to fulfill legal or regulatory obligations, we will either delete it from our systems or anonymize it so that you can no longer be identified.


Our Children's Information Policy:

Children under 13 are not allowed to use SOSITO. If you reside in the EEA, you can only use SOSITO if you have passed the age at which you can give your consent to the processing of personal data under the laws of your country.
