Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be identifying and acquiring new customers for companies looking to improve their scheduling operations, while maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will be a vital part of our growth strategy, working closely with business owners and managers to demonstrate how our comprehensive software solution can bring benefits to their operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers in the workforce management industry through market research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Consultative Selling: Understanding the unique needs and challenges of each business and tailoring our workforce management solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conducting engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our complete workforce management solution.
  • Contract Closures: Working diligently to close sales contracts by effectively communicating the value proposition and ROI of our workforce management solution.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with customers in the workforce management industry to ensure satisfaction and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Market Knowledge: Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitive products to provide valuable information and recommendations to customers.
  • Reporting: Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team.


  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Solid understanding of the workforce management industry and operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate our software products.
  • Higher education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
